I found the staff to be cute. The hotel provided very accommodating service. Bank, Jay and Mink were so nice. I was under the weather, and they were all lovely. I RECOMMEND this hotel at 100%.
The soundproofing wasn't AMAZING. I could hear the doors closing from the neighboring rooms clearly.

The hotel is situated in a chic neighborhood. It is very easy to get around the area from this location, which is a HUGE plus. I found it simple to access various points of interest.

The room included a small balcony. The roof terrace was very pleasant. The restaurant attached to the hotel provided quality european cuisine.
Sound proofing was not good. I could clearly hear doors closing nearby. Security guards repeatedly questioned my presence despite my registration. A receptionist did not follow up on my complaint regarding the security issue, i was surprised.

i found the gym had modern equipment, a nice surprise. the brunch menu included clouded eggs, and i enjoyed them. the staff, especially bank and top, were helpful arranging a cab. da also helped me with my laundry, and i was very grateful.
The sound proofing wasn't great, i could hear doors closing next door. That was a minor inconvenience!

The hotel rooms were quite clean, I have to admit, and the staff arranged a transfer to the airport at a reasonable price.
The soundproofing was terrible. I could clearly hear EVERY door closing, and it was so annoying. I expected better sound isolation at this price point. It made it hard to relax.

The room had all necessary amenities and a microwave. A laundry room was on the ground floor. It proved very convenient for my longer stay. The concierge staff were always helpful and polite. (I found that so important!).

the gym included towels and water, convenient.
the soundproofing wasn't good at all, i heard doors slamming next door very clearly. the security guards repeatedly questioned me, asking what i was doing there or if i was a staff member, even though they had my license plate. i reported this to a receptionist, but no one contacted me about it . it was disappointing.
